Craft: American Girl Christmas Cards
Today, I have a really fun craft for you! If you don't want to spend money on Christmas cards, or if you just like making them, try crafting these cute home-made ones!
Cardstock or Paper (cardstock works best)
an American Girl catalog or printed American Girl images
Markers, Pens, Crayons, Pencils, etc.
1. Using your scissors, cut out the doll you would like to have on your card.
2. Once you have finished cutting out your doll, fold a piece of cardstock in half. Then glue your picture on with a glue stick.
3. Next, color or draw designs on your card! If you want to make snow, a white crayon works best. Then write a message inside the card to the person you're sending it to!
The next card is like a postcard.
1.Cut out a small square of cardstock.
2. Then, repeat steps 1-3 from the previous card instructions, and you have a mini postcard!
(Sorry about the bad photo.) My sisters and I made these cards by cutting out scenes from the magazine. Aren't they cute? :)
These are all of the cards I have made so far, but I'm hoping to craft a few more before Christmas. If you made any AG Christmas cards, I'd love to see them! Send a photo of your cards to firstname.lastname@example.org. Have fun and Merry Christmas!
