Doll Days Youtube Has A New Look!
February 14th marks 2 years since my sister, DollBaker24, uploaded her very first video on Youtube. Since then, her channel has grown tremendously!
As of this month, Doll Days Youtube has over 800 subscribers, 53 published videos, and 84,693 views in total. WOW! It's amazing to see what God's done in just two years.
Dollbaker24's Channel has changed a lot since her first video, so we both agreed it was time for a new look to reflect her style and content now. I had the super fun job of choosing the new color scheme, as well as creating the channel artwork for DDY. It turned out so cute that I wanted to share it on here with you, my readers!
This is the new and improved banner for Doll Days Youtube! We decided to go for a soft robin's egg blue in the background, with coral pink and lavender as the complementing colors. The stars are a small hint to what this channel is all about: American Girl Dolls.
Here's digital DollBaker24! I'm surprised at how much this drawing resembles her. This was the first time I've actually added color to a drawing in photoshop, but every little detail was drawn with my computer mouse. I think I'll invest in a digital pencil next time, ha ha!
The circular version of DDY's logo is featured in the intro of each video- and speaking of intros, DollBaker24 changed up her video opener, too! Head on over to the channel for a closer look.
And to wrap things up, this is the subscribe photo for the end of DollBaker24's videos. It matches the rest of the theme perfectly, and finishes each stop-motion or unboxing with a nice touch.
To say thank you to all her fans, DollBaker24 is hosting a giveaway. You could win Blaire's Piglet from American Girl, not to mention a signed copy of Blaire's book from the Doll Days Crew! But hurry, the giveaway ends tomorrow at midnight! Visit Doll Days Youtube for full rules and details.
Thanks for viewing our new look! What is your favorite part of the new design?
